Taras BASHTANNYK, President of the Ukrainian Fruit and Vegetable Association, will analyze the market of frozen berries in Ukraine, some changes of vectors in 2021/22, and the results of the season 2021.

 

Iryna KUKHTINA, President of the Berry Association of Ukraine, will inform about the possibilities of exporting to EU countries for producers of frozen berries.

 

Goran OBRADOVYCH, owner of the PIGO (Italy), will inform about lyophilization and freezing as future technologies. 

 

Speakers will emphasize the choice of freezing equipment. In particular, Oleksandr SHEYKO, a representative of the company "4Styhii", will deliver his speech on this theme. And simply put, the specialist will tell what details are worthy of your pay attention in choosing freezing equipment and what mistakes to avoid.

 

Ivan KOTYASH, founder of the company Malinove Factory, will inform about the organization of a refrigerator fleet and investment vision in the building of freezing storages.

 

Representatives of such enterprises, in particular, Konstantin KUZMENKO, the head of the company Frukton-VN,

 

Serhiy STETSENKO, the co-founder of the company "Dykanski Berries", will share their own experience in freezing, cooling, and sublimation of fruit - berry production. Yulia Tymoshenko, project manager of the company Tiferet, will inform us about the main problems arising during the freezing process.

 

Speakers will also raise the issue of processing. In particular, Igor BONDARCHUK, the founder of Bondarchuk Winery, will share his experience in berry wine production. One of the speakers, Andrzej KRUPYNSKY, President of the Association of Haskap Berry of Poland, and founder of farm "KRUPYNSKIY" will pay attention to the haskap berry processing and the ways of cooperation with the Asian market.

 

Meanwhile, Vasyl MARTYUK, Director of the company Continental Farms Group, will raise the issue of cooperation in the berry segment and creating a value-added product, including freezing technology and export.
