Public Tasting of NFC Juices based on fruits and berries will take place for the third time within the scientific-practical conference "Technologies and innovations: From Land To The Finished Product. Pome Fruits."
The event is supported by the Main Industry Partner - Ukrsadprom Association and Vinnytsyasadprom Corporation. As a result, the top10 best juices of Ukrainian manufactures will be chosen. We invite you to introduce your products at the tasting!
The Public Tasting of NFC Juice will be conducted by the anonymous presentation of juice samples for conference participants on the specific stand. We are expecting about 300 people who will attend the conference. The Public Tasting will be held throughout the conference day, October 28, so there will be enough time to choose your favorite juices.
All participants will be able to vote for this or that juice by following a simple rule: you like or dislike. This select query will allow juice producers to be better aware of the consumers` preferences or improve the recipes or production processes. The organizer of the Public Tasting of NFC Juice, Media Group "Technologies and Innovations", takes it as the mission to promote current technologies and catch attention to high-quality domestic products.
The purpose of the Public Tasting is to catch consumers` attention to natural products based on fruits and berries made by Ukrainian producers, in particular, the promotion the NFC juices consumption as a part of a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on comprehensive opportunities for the business engaged in processing fruits and berries being demanded in the market with a strong export potential.
Please note: The top 10 best juices from Ukrainian producers will get the chance to publish an article about the products free in the magazine "Horticulture and Viticulture. Technologies and Innovations" with the following spreading of this information at our sites techhorticulture.com, yagodnik.info, techdrinks.info/ in social networks.
Condition of Participation
The conference participants will be evaluating the juice quality by blind tasting. All conference participants will get special voting coupons during registration.
The winners will be determined by a majority vote:
Public Tasting will include NFC Juices in the following nominations:
1. NFC apple juice
2. NFC apple juice with fruit and berry components
3. NFC apple juice with vegetable and other plant components
4. NFC apple juice multicomponent, as a variant - "Multivitamin"
5. Special juice (all types of juices that are not included in the list.)
Thus, a commission of Public Tasting will consist of 7 people. These are two representatives from the organizers, a representative of the Conference Partner, two representatives of the event participants, the exception of representatives of juice companies, juice production experts will sum up the results to find out the top 10 best juice winners that received the most votes. The members of the commission will be formed by open voting during the conference day.
Summing up the results of the Public Tasting and with discussion and awarding of diplomas will take place at the end of the conference day.
To take part in the Public Tasting, hit submit by October 22, 2021, for the chance to be included. And, please provide us the following information:
- Name of the enterprise and trademark
- Name of the product and its composition,
- The number of declared samples,
- Manufacturing technology,
- Information on production capacities per year,
- A document (copy) confirming compliance of these juices with standards.
For taking part in the Tasting competition, samples of juices must be sent by producers by October 27, 2021, to the hotel and restaurant complex "Gostevia" (Vinnytsia region, Stryzhavka village) in glassware or cardboard packaging with a volume no less than 10 liters each sample. For conference participants the participation in the Public Tasting is free.
Additionally, within the conference, presentation of products based on fruits, berries, and nuts, including with adding of honey: candies, dried fruits, chips, frozen products, jams, as well as beverages: wine, liqueurs, ciders, syrups, spirits, etc.
