We`re Glad to Introduce Experience of the Italian Manufacturer Ferrero, Engaged in the Brewery Modernization and Modern Bottling Lines

In Ukraine, craft brewing is developing not only geographically but also growing the quality level, brands and brewing capacities are expanding as well. Yesterday’s homebrewers have already started to brew their beer by contract, and restaurant brewers are transformed stepwise into the specific brewery. New sizes require new challenges. As a result of rising production capacities appear the necessity in bottling beer not only in kegs but also in bottles. A smart and reliable solution for this will be the bottling lines from the Italian manufacturer Ferrero Srl. Forum participants will be able to get to know more about the advantages and potential of different models of machines and complete sets of lines for washing containers, bottling, closure, and marking during a speech of the company representative Oleg Bashtanar within the VI International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs, to be held on October 9-10, Kharkiv.
Company Ferrero Srl is a high-tech manufacturing plant in northern Italy, well-known at the international market for more than 30 years by its reliability and innovative solutions. The manufacturer offers for brewers the complex and partial equipment for bottling lines in glass and PET containers. Machines are produced of the best types of steel and other special materials, in accordance with the strict safety standards of the European Union, to be guaranteed by CE marking and operating instructions.
The range of products includes in itself: automatic machines for rinsing, bottling, closure, monoblocks with different filling systems, including, anti-pressure, low vacuum, high vacuum, and volumetric. Closure mechanisms are produced under the brand AROL. Moreover, the portfolio of the company includes marking and packaging machines, automatic and semi-automatic lines. The equipment can be customized according to the specific needs of the client.
The bottling line from the Italian manufacturer is already put in action on the Brewery Fanatic (Dnipro, Ukraine). It has a fully automated cycle including bottle loading, rinsing, filling, sticking labels. The output covers 2 thousand bottles per hour. The filling is carried out with the injection of carbon dioxide for better product preservation. At the same time, automatic packing in boxes can be provided. The two bottling lines also work well for the Kyiv brewery Biocraft and Chernihiv brewery Bierwelle, both with a capacity of 1,400 bottles per hour. Moreover, on the Bierwelle, the bottling line is carried out into glass and PET.
Additionally, company Ferrero supplies restored old machines and lines. The service can be provided by specialists from Kyiv.
It should be noted, that the motto of the Sixth Forum will be «Minimum of Advertising — the Maximum of Communication, Useful Experience, Unique Information!» October 10, the main topics of the conference day will become technological improvement of the brewing industry, staff and legal issues, the economy of own beer business, marketing and sales strategy, the development of the beer-drinking culture, first of all, consumption of craft beer, and conquering new markets. And, a pleasant and emotional final of the conference day will be an awards ceremony of the winners of the International Independent Tasting Competition East European Beer Award — 2018, which is going to start on the eve of the 9th of October. Besides, a gala dinner with the presentation of the beer cuisine from the Main Organizational Partner of the forum and competition, the Altbier Restaurant Family including beer presentations from the winners of the tasting contest.
The beer tour «Craft Way» will be held on October 11, aimed for the participants to show the city of Kharkiv from the new side, in particular, breweries, beer restaurants, and specialized beer outlets are going to demonstrate the high potential of the craft beer on the beer map of the country.
