October 25 – business tour to the leading horticultural, vegetable and processing farms of Khmelnytskyi region – Melnyk-Agro, Zorya, Zelenytsia Family Winery.

Melnyk-Agro is an innovative, maximally automated farm near Kamianets-Podilskyi. The area of greenhouses reaches 10 hectares, and open ground - more than 300 hectares. Cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs are grown there. The economy is maximally automated. Interestingly, the owners of the farm developed, designed and built everything themselves: the greenhouse, drip irrigation system, heating, software. The farm has installed film greenhouses with a double layer of film 150 microns wide and inflatable, so that the heating can be turned on at any time if necessary. The sizes of the greenhouses are different: 8x50, 8x65 and 8x210 meters. When the economy was first created, its founder immediately counted human work. That is, with the help of face ID, employees` working hours are recorded: when they arrive, go to lunch or finish their work.

Zorya is a farm that successfully grows apples near Kamianets-Podilskyi. In 2020, the garden planted in 2011 was replaced on the farm, and new high-quality trees are now growing there. Planting material was supplied to the farm by the Italian company Nischler. The following varieties of apples are grown at the farm: Gala, Gala Schniga, Gala Schniga Shniko Red, Golden, Red Delicious. The orchard is planted according to the scheme of 4*0.75 m. Next year, the farm plans to plant another 3 hectares of apples.
An irrigation system was installed in the apple orchard, which was automated by specialists of the Evkalipt R company. Immediately after the seedlings were planted, a hail net was installed, which was supplied by the company EFT PLUS. The farm plans to purchase a sorting line. Currently, the farm operates a refrigerator for 3.5 thousand tons with controlled-atmosphere furnac.

Zelenytsia Family Winery operates in Khmelnytskyi region - in an area known to the general public as the "Podilskyi Tovtry" National Nature Park. It is there that vineyards, fruit and nut plantations grow, which will be demonstrated to the participants of the business tour. Also, all those willing will visit the winery and see how nuts are made into a unique nut oil, which is served in a special way at tastings.

We invite enterprises, companies, and farms specializing in horticulture, vegetable growing, and processing of vegetables and fruits, suppliers of equipment for soil cultivation, fruit and berry orchard care, harvesting and storage, freezing, drying, and packaging of products, technological companies specializing in plant care and protection, as well as representatives of trade and exporting companies to take part in the conference.

We invite you to join the business community for our common victory in the future. Now more than ever it is important to support each other, unite, and solve urgent issues together. We believe in the Armed Forces and joint Victory!
