All-Ukrainian Nut Forum 2021

The All-Ukrainian Nut Forum 2021 will take place on June 2-3, 2021 in “IRPIN Conference Hall”. This forum will bring together horticulturists and all interested people who want to start a nut business including nut growers from all over Ukraine who are engaging in nut growing and processing with great success. Once again, farmers will prove that it’s completely profitable to make money on nuts! We are glad to invite all nut growers and horticulturists!

Ukraine is one of the few countries where there are real basis for industrial nut cultivation thanks to fertile soils and temperate climate. For today, almost 12,000 hectares of land are occupied by walnut orchards. Moreover, in Ukraine, not only the most popular walnut is actively grown, but also hazelnuts, almonds, even pistachios and peanuts. Meanwhile, more and more agricultural companies set up equipment for sorting and processing nuts. These and other actual themes will be under discussion during All-Ukrainian Nut Forum 2021. 2d September includes a plenary part of the forum and exhibition of current horticultural technologies as well as horticultural, nut and processed products.

The program of the All-Ukrainian Nut Forum 2021 covers:
• Discussion panel with the participation of leading nut growers of Ukraine.
• Reports of scientists from the leading Ukrainian and foreign institutions that engaged in the study of nut crops;
• Speeches of representatives of nut nurseries about current highly productive varieties of nuts, their resistance to disease, frost and drought;
• Presentations of the newest technologies in nut growing: from creation nut orchard project to orchard care including harvesting, sorting and sales;
• Companies` presentations that are successfully engaged in nut growing as a business
• The speeches of companies detailed about current technologies of nut processing.

September 3 - business tour to the leading nut farm in the region – LLC "GORICH Polissya".

LLC "GORICH Polissya" is the largest nut enterprise in the Zhytomyr Region, where 55 hectares of hazelnuts of Italian varieties are grown. The farm plans to increase the area of plantations by another 20 hectares. The director of the enterprise Oleksandr Voloshenko will tell the guests of the forum about important details of growing hazelnuts, plant nutrition, adapted agricultural machinery and prospects of processing and marketing products.

We invite all to participate at the All-Ukrainian Nut Forum 2021, in particular, owners and managers of horticultural farms, farmers, managers and chief specialists of processing enterprises, beginners in nut growing and everyone who are going to run a successful nut business.

The further development of Ukrainian nut growing will be in the focus of the forum during the living exchanging of experiences, opinions, and ideas. Thus, during the discussions, different nut crops such as walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios, and others will be on the agenda.

All-Ukrainian Nut Forum, including other media group events, aims to assist horticulturists and nut growers in the development of the nut business, implementing latest technologies, help in making value-added products and increase the number of jobs, and ultimately, the prosperity of the Ukrainian horticulture and Ukraine.

Terms of participation in the forum:
As a participant - for agricultural producers
Conference day + business tour – 100 euro
Conference day (without business tour) – 70 euro

For non-agricultural producers -
Participation fee – 150 euro (the price includes participation payment for 2 days, including business tour); participation fee (1 day without business tour) – 100 euro.

(The price includes coffee break, lunch, buffet; service during the event; participation in the tasting of beverages and products, presentation and tasting of fruits and berries; conference participant package with information materials; detailed post-report about event, and presentations of the conference speakers sent by e-mail.)

It should be noted that forum will be held in compliance with all sanitary norms and rules. Moreover, all participants will be provided with enough amounts of face masks and sanitizers. Exhibition-presentation of equipment, technologies, and materials will be held with keeping the distance between the stands. Conference halls will be systematically ventilated by the modern powerful system conditioning.

We highly advise participants to keep social distance, keep away from hugs and handshakes. We offer participating companies that will present products on the stands to install protective screens.
