VII International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs Will Be Held June 18-19, Lviv!

We are pleased to announce the launch of preparation for the International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs — Summer 2019! The Seventh Forum will be held on June 18-19 in Lviv. The restaurant-brewery Beer Theatre Pravda will be the main organizational partner of the event. According to the tradition of informative — publishing project «Technologies and Innovations», the Forum will be lasting two days including a conference day on the territory of Fest Republic (Staroznesenskaya str., 24-26), including a section for chefs and a beer tour «Craft Way».

Lviv is not randomly chosen as the venue for the Forum, as the city has an age-old tradition in brewing, and here were open firsts craft breweries in Ukraine. It should be noted that the real pearl of the Ukrainian craft is Beer Theatre “Pravda.” The restaurant, which is part of the holding Emotion! Fest, and the brewery of this brand, already known throughout the world, which will kindly open its door for the participants and guests of the event. And this is a very symbolic act because the main mission of Beer Theatre “Pravda” gives the opportunity for beer fans to enjoy true beer.

The audience of the event includes brewers, technologists of brewing enterprises, restaurateurs, beer traders, chefs of breweries from all over Ukraine, from Poland, Lithuania, Belarus, Belgium, and other countries, as well as beer equipment manufacturers from Germany, Austria, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia.

The main topics of the conference day will be a technological improvement of the brewing industry, the economy of own beer business, marketing and sale strategies, development of a beer consumption culture, and gaining the share of the domestic market and export. The highlight of the event will become a section devoted to the «Beer Brother» it is a whiskey to participation in which will be invited the craft producers of whiskey in Ukraine, including sommeliers, restaurateurs.

A traditional exhibition of equipment, technologies, raw materials and auxiliary materials for the brewing business will be operating during conference day. Innovative solutions will be introduced by domestic and international European companies.

One more highlight of the VII Forum will be a Public Tasting of beers among the participants and winners of the tasting competition East European Beer Award 2018.

In parallel with the forum in the «School of Masterchef» of the holding Emotion! Fest, a meeting of the special section for chefs of beer restaurants with the participation of well-known chefs, restaurateurs, and food bloggers is scheduled. The second part of the section will be a master class from the I’llya Demkovsky, who is the main chef of the holding.

The conference day will be ended up by the official buffet in the restaurant Beer Theatre Pravda, placed on Rynok Square, with a presentation of the beer menu and beers tasting from Beer Theatre “Pravda” including other craft breweries.

It should be noted that no less remarkable will be the second Forum day, in particular, consisting of various events. The Beer Tour «Craft Way» on two different routes is scheduled on June 19, which including excursions to the production, tasting of beer menu and dishes, visiting beer stores. For the first time, we prepare an exclusive excursion tour for chefs to the beer places of holding! Fest.
