For those who want to create their own unique highly profitable business, who puts not on the volume but on the quality of the product, the next two-day conference "Berries and Processing: Technologies and innovations", which is addressed to representatives of the berry, horticultural and processing industries. It is a unique platform for the dissemination of new technologies, best practices and innovative techniques in the world for the cultivation, storage, processing and further sale of berry products in domestic and foreign markets. It is about creating value added and Ukraine`s conquest of world markets already as a full player, and not just a supplier of raw materials.

The program will cover the entire process - from berry picking to positioning fresh produce and products processed in international markets. The conference consists of a theoretical one
part of December 13, which will include performances by experts of the berry market and managers (owners) of successful berry farms, fruit farms and processing enterprises, representatives of state structures, scientific institutes, leading.

European companies - manufacturers of machinery, equipment, protective and nutrition products, as well as presentations and tasting of berries, and practical on December 14, with a business tour to the best Ukrainian enterprises with experience in growing berries, storing, sorting (packaging) and (or ) of processing and successful sales.

Key topics will be successful berries, technology for keeping berries, ways of their processing, and selling products, both in the domestic market and for export. The conference will be attended by representatives of Ukrainian and foreign companies for storage and processing of berries (freezing, drying, canning, juice production, strong drinks, fruit and berry wines, etc.). A separate emphasis is on fruit-and-beverage, which have long been traditional for Ukraine and promise to the producers of berries new mega-successful businesses.

Today, in Ukraine and in the world, the main culture, which demonstrates constant development, expansion of areas and increase sales, is a blueberries (blueberries are tall). It is Lochini that will devote most of the content to the conference, including a demonstration block on winter cropping of blueberries on a berry plantation during a business tour of the next day.
