Filled with presentations, speeches of experts, exhibitions, innovations and communication, the conference will take place on the territory of the Fabrika event zone. No less interesting will be the second day of the Forum: on October 11, the Beer Tour «Kraft Way» and the International collaboration of beer at the AltBier show-restaurant will be held simultaneously. The moderator will be Taras Falyk (Kumpel, Lviv) with co-moderators — Dmitry Nekrasov (FDB, Dnieper), Przemysl Brozh (KANT, Rivne), Viktor Vashchuk (Pest Pub, Kiev) with co-moderators. From the AltBier brand will take part a сzech brewer with 25 years of experience Lieber Cech.
Conducting collaborations with the stars of Ukrainian and foreign craft has become a good tradition of the International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs. So, the autumn Forum of 2017 in Rivne was remembered by cooking «creamy stout» with the working name Stout Mega Collab in the restaurant-brewery Gastropub Father. Jubilee the fifth — a collaboration in the Kiev brewery «Krapka-Koma», which resulted in Maibock with the addition of Ukrainian accents — prunes, infused with brandy, and hops of domestic production.
What awaits the participants of the autumn collaboration of 2018? Restaurant brewery AltBier (Sumy market) is equipped with the leading сzech producer Czech Brewmasters. Its capacity is 40 tons of beer per month. The brewery is semi-automatic. The camps and pilsners here are brewed traditionally for the сzech brewing tradition by a two- and three-welding method. About all the nuances and possibilities of equipment, the subtleties of technology will be told by the brewer Lieber Cech.
A variety of beer, which will be brewed by the participants of the international collaboration on October 11 in AltBier, remains a secret. But let’s say for sure — the variety and style will be no less interesting and complex in execution than at previous collaborations!
