The X Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs will take place on April, 23 in Irpin
04.03.2021, 15:12Preparations for the International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs 2021 are underway! The anniversary forum is hosted by the Irpin Conference Hall complex - the Main Organizational Partner. Participants will find the most relevant topics and discussions, reputable experts and new faces of the industry, innovative technologies and solutions, valuable advice and successful experience of colleagues. The forum will be held in compliance with all sanitary norms and rules. All participants will be provided with a sufficient number of masks and sanitizers. Exhibition-presentation of equipment, technologies and materials for craft brewing will take place in the open air. Conference halls will be ventilated. The premises have a modern powerful air conditioning system. Participants are advised to keep a social distance, refrain from hugs and handshakes. We offer companies that will present their products on the stands to install protective screens. During the X Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs, all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the wishes of the participants will be taken into account!
During the anniversary Forum, during the conference day, participants will discuss the situation in Ukrainian and European craft brewing, discuss technological improvement, production of beer with unique flavors, discuss the latest marketing techniques and sales of beer in modern realities and realities. Topics will be interesting for the beer community: the role of crowdfunding in opening a brewery, organizing beer tours, food pairing in a beer restaurant and pub, etc. Brewers will get acquainted with today`s popular meads, present craft ciders.
There will also be a large-scale exhibition of equipment.
Past events have shown that the level of quality and variety of Ukrainian beer is constantly growing. And the introduction of innovative technologies and freeing up time for the brewer`s creativity plays an important role in this. Therefore, the main technological partners of the East European Beer Award-2021 and the X Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs will be many leading European and Ukrainian companies.
In particular, Donau Lab Ukraine offers a unique opportunity for the participants of the event: real measurements on laboratory measuring instruments, which are used at all large plants. According to experts, product research with the help of beer analyzers is the simplest method to control the production and quality of products at low cost. In addition, implement austerity.
Representatives of Fermentis will tell you how to respond to the trend of beer with low alcohol content (non-alcoholic beer). The conference day will end with a solemn Ceremony of awarding the winners of the V Tasting Competition East European Beer Award (Irpin Conference Hall Complex, Irpin).
