The conference "Berries and Processing: Technologies and Innovations" traditionally covers speeches by leading industry experts, presentations, exhibitions with the experience of practitioners and the opportunity to see with their own eyes some examples of successful implementation of modern technologies. The first route involves a visit to the processing fruit and berry enterprise "AGROPEREROBKA". As the second one includes the enterprise on organic berry freezing "AGRO FROST Rivne." The LLC "AGROPEREROBKA" under the trademark "Shchedryk" is a producer of natural food products, which has been successfully operating on the market for over 25 years. An enterprise "AGROPEREROBKA" is the first Ukrainian producer of toppings, they have been the first one, who launched a line of syrups as well. The assortment includes fruit, berry, and vegetable toppings s well as chocolate and milky toppings for the dressing of ice creams, dairy products, confectionery and bakery products, including desserts.
The company has several production facilities. All equipment of this enterprise made in Germany. Moreover, in this country, the founders of "AGROPEREROBKA" were inspired by the "food philosophy" where has been privileged natural products in glass rather than Tetra Pak packaging. And this enterprise remains true to its principles of natural product production as well. At the same time, it is actively working on expanding its range and stable introduction of new products. The enterprise moves in a progressive way, although with keeping the classical approaches. In such a way, having own experimental laboratory is a good choice in product range extension.
The 20th anniversary has been noted by large- scale reconstruction of production and the entry at a fundamentally new, international level. Another enterprise "AGRO FROST Rivne" has been founded four years ago to become one of the first enterprises for freezing organic berry in the Rivne region. To provide the capacity in organic fresh products, 30 hectares of berry plantation have been planted by the enterprise, which includes raspberry, garden strawberry and hippophae.
The complex refrigeration system can contain almost 1000 tons of production. Modine equipment is installed for freezing. Shock freezers have a maximum capacity of 25 tons per day. Thus, "AGRO FROST Rivne" is a modern mechanized and automated enterprise. Management and accounting at the enterprise are carried out with mobile devices, which is extremely important nowadays. Information system for management on growing and freezing berries implemented based on innovative technology BAS ERP and Microsoft Power BI.
