We invite you to participate in public tasting dedicated to directly squeezed juices within the framework of the international conference for horticultural and processing industries From the Land to Finished Product, March 21-22, 2019, in CHERKASY

Dear Partners! For the first time within the framework of the conference "From the Land to  Finished Product", we will carry out a contest of public tasting of directly squeezed juices, produced under the special technology of direct extraction, without adding preservatives, colorants and flavorings, only with using fresh berries, fruits from Ukrainian farmers and processing enterprises. Furthermore, it will be included the Winner award ceremony of diplomas and special prizes from the partners of the event.

The aim of this competition is to attract attention to the quality of natural products made on the basis of fruits and berries that produced by domestic producers and popularization the consuming of directly squeezed juices as a modern conception of a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, we want to emphasize the wide possibilities for the business related to the processing of fresh fruits and berries into healthy natural juices that became in demand on the domestic market including a high export potential.

The winners of the public tasting will get the opportunity to place a free article about its products in our magazine "Horticulture and Viticulture. Technologies and Innovations ", with spreading this information at the sites  https://techdrinks.info/ru and https://yagodnik.info including social networks, and media-informative partners of the conference.

The organizer of the conference is an informative and publishing project "Technologies and Innovations".

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The juice quality will be evaluated by the conference participants by the method of blind tasting. The best juices will be marked with special voting vouchers; moreover, the winners will be determined by the majority of votes:

Yellow color  - the first place

Green color - 2nd place

Red color - 3rd place.

The competition is accepted only directly squeezed juices in the following nominations:

-  Apple juice

- Two-component juice

- Three-component juice


To take part in the competition, you should send to the organizers any form application and point out the following information:

- The product name and its composition,

- The number of declared samples,

- Producing technology,

-  Info about the production capacity for per year,

- And, a copy of the document confirming the compliance of the specified juice to standards

Samples of juices for tasting are provided by producers on the day of the public tasting on March 21, 2019, in the tara glass, or cardboard packaging with the volume no less than 6 liters.

About the conference:

The conference program is scheduled special sections dedicated to the cultivation of qualitative fruits or processing, and the processing technology which will be taking part by Ukrainian and European specialists. Thus, one of the key speeches is dedicated to the topic "Modern European Fruit Processing Technologies: Juice and Cider Production", which will be presented by the representative of EFT Group - Kreuzmayr, the European leader in the manufacture of juice production equipment, Alexander Kuptsov.

March 22, during the business tour, the conference participants will visit the modern intensive apple orchard of the company MAIS and the directly squeezed juice production TM Nasik, to get to know more not only about how to make a high-quality product but also how to successfully sell it.

Within the conference, we have also scheduled product presentation made on the basis of fruits, berries and nuts, honey, including dried fruits, chips, frozen products, jams, as well as beverages, wines, tinctures, cider, syrups, strong drinks, etc.

Summing up the results of the public tasting and awarding the diplomas will be held at the end of the conference day, during the solemn welcome ceremony, organized for the conference participants "From Land - to the Finished Product".
